What if you could quickly clear uncomfortable emotions as and when they came up, or rapidly clear past emotional pain?
After the stress response settles down, the mind evaluates the stressful experience which creates a different type of emotion such as sadness, guilt, depression or hopelessness.
For instance, if someone is angry with you, you may at first feel scared or angry yourself. But after the fight/flight reaction, you may feel sad because you really want a good relationship with the person, or you may feel depressed because nothing changes and you feel powerless.
Unless you feel your emotions, their chemicals stay physically stuck. Any time something similar happens they will trigger the same emotional response.
The past is, therefore, never truly over until its uncomfortable emotions are cleared
When they are fully released the brain naturally reorganises itself and the trigger will have vanished.
When you understand that an uncomfortable emotion is only a rush of chemicals that have been released into your blood stream, you will find it easy to clear emotions and feel incredibly empowered by it.
99% of the time, your emotions have built up over time and are more related to past experiences because the emotional chemicals have not been cleared.
