Alex’s Transform Journey

My first session with Valee has blown me away.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but whatever it was, it has surpassed my expectations.

From her awesome listening skills and understanding of my riding experiences which have caused my internal trauma, to her commanding compassion and control of the process she guided me through.  My session was amazing.

I am left with a lightness that feels great. I now have an awareness of what I had been subconsciously holding on to which was hindering my moving forwards in my riding.

I am looking forward to future sessions to help me on my journey to being a more confident and joyous rider…..

Have tried things in the past to help stop feeling nervous, but it hasn’t worked or you don’t know who to turn to for help?

Don’t stress, help is on the way so that you can:

E

Easily deal with your nerves if/when they come up;

Feel relaxed whenever you ride whether you are pleasure riding or out competing;

E

Feel calm, focused and confident;

Because you are relaxed your horse becomes easier to ride;
