Search for zoom.us
Click on join a meeting.

Click use computer audio.
The video and audio icons are on the bottom left of your computer screen
You can also download the app on to your mobile phone
If you haven't already filled in the stress questionnaire please click here to access it
Please print the questionnaire so that you have a copy of it.
Please rate each area that you have identified in the stress questionnaire as being stressful: 10/10 is extreme stress.
Choose one area to focus on in the discovery session.
See if you can identify whether the stress you are experiencing is anger, frustration, irritation, resentment, worry, anxiety, fear, confusion, helplessness or a different emotion.
This prior exploration will save time and help you make the most of your session
In the meantime...
In regard to the chosen area of stress, see if you can identify what feels threatening to you
Imagine speaking to the people concerned and what you would say
Think about what needs to change for you to feel peaceful
Notice your breathing. Increase your depth of breathing if it is shallow
Make sure that you take some quiet time for yourself every day so that your mind can reset
Exercise and eat well
Stop drinking and eating stimulants such as coffee and chocolate which increase the release of adrenalin into the bloodstream
If you are being bullied or there is ongoing conflict in your life and your thoughts are going around in circles, focus your mind on something else that is uplifting. I will help you break this cycle during your session.
